Further Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest image drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
